FROSCH has been owned and managed by the Leibman family since 1977. Today, Richard Leibman serves as Chairman, while son Bryan serves as President & CEO and daughter Lara serves as Executive Vice President.

Originally from South Africa, Richard Leibman moved to the United States in 1977. Settling in Houston, Texas, he purchased FROSCH from the Frosch family as a newcomer to the travel industry. At that point, the company employed only four agents and two support staff. Almost thirty years later, FROSCH employs more than 1800, with dozens of offices across the country. Today, Richard is joined in the business by two of his three children, Bryan and Lara.
Richard’s passion is travel—discovering new destinations, deluxe hotels, and top restaurants. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family, the most important part of his life.

Bryan Leibman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1990 and a Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in 1995. In 1998, Bryan joined his father at FROSCH and now serves as the company’s President & CEO.

Lara Leibman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1995. Lara joined the company in 2004. In addition to serving as Executive Vice President of FROSCH, Lara serves on the Advisory Boards of Belmond, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Ritz-Carlton Luxury Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Sofitel Luxury Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and the Trump Hotel Collection. She is also a member of the Signature Hotel Committee.

Larry Levy is a native Houstonian. He graduated from the University of Houston with a business degree when he joined his family in expanding their pharmacies. After the sale of his business, Larry joined FROSCH in 1996 and has been in the position of COO for the past 16 years. He’s been married to his Scottish bride for more than 40 years.

Sridhar Balaji earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math from University of Madras (Chennai, India), a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore, India) and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo (Ohio). Sridhar joined FROSCH in 2011 and is responsible for its technology strategy and adoption, leading our web/mobile, software tools and engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through technology development. Sridhar has more than 20 years of technical and management experience with various technology/ software companies and is active in the local Houston technology and startup community.

Kazlauskas joins FROSCH from Insight Vacations, where he was President for the last 12 years. Before joining Insight, Kazlauskas held senior executive positions at Tauck, Trafalgar, and Orient Lines. During his 20 years in the industry, Kazlauskas has always been a staunch advocate for the agency channel and established many programs and seminars on educating the trade on sales, marketing, customer service and strategic planning.

Judith Allen joined FROSCH in 2013 as President, Global Corporate & Energy Division. In this role, Judith’s focus is to leverage her extensive expertise to continue to build ‘Leading Class’ managed travel programs while staying committed to highly elevated standards of performance and service for FROSCH clients. Bringing 30 years of travel industry experience, Judith possesses extensive knowledge in implementations, consolidation and optimization. Judith leads the US Corporate Operations, as well as all 20+ global locations in EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
Judith has years of proven success in various fields, including operations, meeting and events, account management, technology, training, project management and strategic leadership on a local, national and global level. Judith is an active member of SKAL International, GBTA, TBTA, and participates extensively in the support of The FLW Foundation and Special Olympics.

Since 1980, as an enterprising young agent in Stamford, Connecticut, she has specialized in VIP clients and corporate personnel and also in the entertainment field, including Celebrity clientele, Movie productions, touring music groups, sports teams, fashion houses and major studio production companies. Maggie not only brings her many years of experience to FROSCH as President of our Global Entertainment Division but also has brought along her select team of associates skilled in the intricacies of efficient and discreet white-glove service for traveling celebrities and corporate company chieftains. In addition to having been stationed in both New York City and London, she is a longtime resident of Los Angeles and understands the travel needs of the Hollywood community. Professional excellence, personal courtesy and confidentiality are the hallmarks of FROSCH throughout the world but especially so in their Raleigh Studios Headquarters office.

Rachel Epstein is a 35 year travel veteran of Frosch Travel (“FROSCH”). Having grown up globally in Latin America and Spain, a career in travel was a natural fit, as a curious minded, globe trotting, adventurer with a gypsy spirit. Finding an everlasting home at FROSCH provided Rachel’s early training in “group travel”, the in-house division she now spearheads as President, Group Travel. Overseeing a team of 8, specializing in the coordinating of worldwide travel ranging from small intimate groups with as few as 20 participants, to the chartering of 747 aircraft and of cruise ships for groups of several hundred. From the mere idea of it, to the design & development, to the marketing, operations and on site, groups have been the heart & soul of her career.
Operating a diverse collection of affinity groups & faith based travel, out of it grew the specialty branch of Israel/Holy Land pilgrimages & journeys. Within the destination, programs diverse as churches & synagogues, evangelical television ministries, organizations & missions, educational, art, culture, entertainment & governmental political themed movements to Israel. Israel is a specialty destination for FROSCH, with early roots established, as the very first group Rachel operated and escorted in 1982 was to Israel/ the Holy Land; and life changing travel, became a life changing career.

- Kevin Landry | Senior Vice PresidentOpen or Close
Kevin Landry joined FROSCH in May of 1992 as Corporate Manager when it was only one location in Houston. Now servicing as Senior Vice President of Training, Parnters & IC Support Services, Kevin was instrumental in the expansion of FROSCH nationwide concentrating on developing, distributing and expanding the FROSCH culture of excellence. Currently working out of the New York office, his responsibilities include overall operations, implementations and training.
- Enrique Espinoza | SVP, Finance & Human ResourcesOpen or Close
Enrique comes to FROSCH with extensive finance experience in several industries, including travel. Most recently, he came from leading all of the Financial Planning and Analysis functions at Conn’s. Prior to joining Conn’s, Enrique spent 4 years in the telecommunications industry with Cricket Wireless, and 10 years holding a variety of positions at Continental/United Airlines. Enrique received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas. At FROSCH, Enrique is responsible for all finance and accounting functions, as well as overseeing all finance staff and financial reporting.

Diana Kearns earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Elmhurst College and her MBA from the University of Houston. She started at FROSCH in September 1989 and has managed the office, human resources and accounting. She has also been involved in every acquisition and every phase of the company’s operations. Always working on new projects, she is currently handling acquisitions and the development of our offices outside of the United States. She has been in the travel business since 1979. Diana lives in Houston with her husband, daughters and grandson.

Since joining FROSCH in 2009, Brett Leslie has worked closely with Executive Management to build a Sales and Marketing strategy aimed at driving new business opportunities and strategic partnerships throughout the industry. Prior to joining FROSCH, Brett held a variety of Business Development positions within both small and medium sized companies, with a focus on preparing clients for global market entry. Brett is a graduate of Florida State University and a full time resident of Houston with his wife Alex, and their two children, Lola and Dylan.

Paul Pua graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Santo Tomas and went on to complete his MBA from Rice University in Houston. Paul joined FROSCH in 2001 as a financial analyst; he now serves as the company’s Senior Vice President of Financial Analysis. Paul lives in Houston with his wife Jocelyn and two children, Annika and Paolo.

Jana Atlas joined FROSCH in 2010 as Vice President of GC&E. Jana has displayed veteran leadership within the conference and event industry for over 35 years. Chris Evans transitioned from Elementary Physical Education to Information Technology in 1998. Chris has spent the last 12 years in senior administrative and managerial IT roles in various industries, such as Industrial Distribution, Industrial Gases Manufacturing, Retail and Travel. Chris joined FROSCH in 2010 and serves as the Vice President of IT – Network Operations overseeing IT infrastructure, telephony, computer and peripheral equipment, as well as technical support. Chris adores his wife Tammy, and their three children, Emily, Erin and Gage.
