This position requires outstanding relationship building skills and offers a challenge to provide creative solutions to our clients.  Our Account Managers serves as the eyes and ears of a client’s travel program – constantly analyzing spend, advising the travel manager on more cost-effective solutions, streamlining and overseeing all processes, monitoring customer satisfaction and keeping a finger on the pulse of the travel industry to keep travelers informed.

 Job Details: 

  • Enter and maintain client profile information within internal CRM
  • Assist with routine requests for invoices and accounting information
  • Assemble and understand client data reports to effectively communicate and manage distribution of information
  • Complete hotel RFP’s, update internal systems with hotel rate information and test to confirm accuracy
  • Actively participate in new client implementations, including completing regional tasks, technical set-ups and review of global distribution set-up by client
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, process requests and assume Account Manager duties as needed
  • Develop a progressive relationship with Account Management team to support in delivering an accurate and efficient travel program to their clients
  • Coordinate supplier visits with operations
  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
  • Be responsive to internal and external client needs with excellent communication and follow up

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce administrative experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite must have strong understanding of Excel
  • Exemplary communication skills both in writing and public presentations.
  • Deadline oriented with ability to multi-task, pro-actively resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
  • Possess strong commitment to team environment, collaborating with others to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Customer focused
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
  • Bi-Lingual in addition to English is a plus
