Due to continuous growth, FROSCH is looking for a full-time After Hours Marine & Offshore Travel Consultant to join our MOST team. The typical work week involves a 12-14 hour shift, 3 days per week. However, hours can vary depending on the needs of the department.

In this virtual position, you will be responsible for managing and arranging all elements of our Marine & Offshore clients’ travel. This includes working crew rotations as well as coordinating corporate energy client’s travel from their initial request to completion utilizing Sabre.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years marine and crew change experience with excellent computer skills
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of international and domestic routings, airfares and marine contracts; excellent geographical familiarity and aptitude, impeccable work ethic, great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience arranging domestic and international travel for corporate clients
  • Capability to setup PNR’s, ticketing and exchange tickets
  • Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, yet team-oriented environment under stringent deadlines as requirements can change quickly and often require an immediate response
  • Ability to resolve problems independently
  • Microsoft Office experience; Outlook, Word
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
