FROSCH is seeking a full-time After-Hours Travel Consultant to join our growing company.   You will work in a multi-cultural collaborative environment where problem solvers and pro-active thinkers are valued. In this virtual role, you will provide remote assistance during overnight and weekend hours and holidays for shifts that will range between the hours of: UK 1700 PM  - 0100 AM, US 11 AM – 7 PM CST or UK 2200 PM – 0600 AM, US 4 PM – 1 AM

As an After-Hours Travel Consultant you will be responsible for assisting travelers with problems that arise during travel and may need to customize alternative solutions to get the traveler to their destination.

Job Details:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of international and domestic routings, airfares contracts; excellent geographical familiarity and aptitude, impeccable work ethic, great communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo required.
  • After-Hours experience preferred.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under stringent deadlines as requirements can change quickly and often require an immediate response.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently.
  • Excellent computer skills; including experience with Microsoft Office.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years recent, native GDS experience on Sabre required
  • Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of international and domestic routings, airfares contracts
  • Capability to setup ticketing and exchange tickets
  • Excellent geographical familiarity and aptitude, impeccable work ethic, great communication skills, and attention
