FROSCH is seeking a full-time After-Hours Travel Consultant to join our growing company. If you thrive in a fast paced work environment and have excellent customer service skills we want to hear from you!

In this virtual role, you will provide remote assistance during overnight and weekend hours for shifts that will range between the hours of 4:00pm – 11:00am CST Monday through Thursday and shifts varying between the hours of 5:00pm and 11:00am Friday – Sunday CST as well as Holidays.

As an After-Hours Travel Consultant you will be responsible for assisting travelers with problems that arise during travel and may need to customize alternative solutions to get the traveler to their destination.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of international and domestic routings, airfares contracts; excellent geographical familiarity and aptitude, impeccable work ethic, great communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo required.
  • After-Hours experience preferred.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under stringent deadlines as requirements can change quickly and often require an immediate response.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently.
  • Excellent computer skills; including experience with Microsoft Office.
