FROSCH has several opportunities for full-time, bilingual (English/Japanese), Travel Consultants that are proficient with Sabre or Apollo GDS.  This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a prestigious Japanese company based onsite in New York or in a virtual capacity; depending on prior experience and qualifications.

As a bilingual Travel Consultant you will be responsible for managing the travel reservations of clients from their initial request to completion.  This will include arranging all elements of business travel: coordinating airline, hotel, car rental and other travel needs for employees within corporate accounts while utilizing Sabre.  Duties include but are not limited to booking reservations, quality control, commissions, and ticketing.

  • Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre or Apollo.
  • Must be fluent in and speak impeccable English and Japanese.
  • Must be able to write Japanese flawlessly.
  • Experience arranging domestic and international travel for clients; setting up PNR’s, ticketing, and exchanging tickets.
  • Must be very organized, detail oriented, and display proactive problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed.

Hours for this role will be Monday-Friday and shifts are dependent on the client.
