The Corporate Support Travel Consultant is a full-time position Monday through Friday 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM CST. In this role you will manage all aspects of FROSCH’s online booking tool reservation errors, while providing back-office support for various systems and assisting with managerial projects, initiatives and supporting the agent teams in various areas behinds the scenes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Native GDS experience with Sabre and Apollo.
  • Must be extremely well versed in arranging and completing international travel for corporate clients with minimal to zero supervision; extensive knowledge of PNR’s, ticketing, and exchanging tickets.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs; specifically Outlook and Word.
  • Provide support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task, assist where needed, have strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure.
  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies.
  • Possess outstanding communications skills.
