Job Details:

  • Manage all aspects of financial reporting and provide VP of GC&E with monthly financial reports
  • Ensure accurate forecasts and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Responsible for all aspects of company accounting; invoicing, A/R, A/P and collections
  • Compiling and filing all monthly and quarterly Sales and Use Tax returns for 1099’s and 1096 returns
  • Fulfill check and wire requests for payment on weekly basis
  • Audit and update “Annual Profit” status of the company – by reviewing financial status of programs monthly
  • Partner with DOS area to post all signed contracts to revenue projection reports.  Work together to setup contract payment schedules
  • Work with DOS and DOP and Program Managers to assure all signed contracts are posted on revenue projection reports
  • Collaborate with the DOO to administer timecard/ payroll process, as well as bi-weekly review and audits of timesheets

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting
  • Must be expert in QuickBooks
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast -pace setting and hit deadlines
  • Experience with Global Conference and Events is a plus
  • Experience with large ERP system required
  • Experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing large amounts of data required
  • Experience with international accounting practices is a plus
  • Must be expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
