Jump-start an exciting career in the travel industry as a Travel Agent Associate. We are looking for a self-starting, customer service oriented individual that is driven to succeed and willing to learn more about the travel industry.

As a Travel Agent Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Senior Travel Consultants with creating, managing, and completing travel arrangements for varying clientele within FROSCH standards and protocol.
  •  Providing support and customer service with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
  •  Maintaining poise and projecting positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies.
  •  Work with Senior Travel Consultants to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilizing and retrieving information from computer databases, spreadsheets, and various partner and affiliate websites.
  • Provide best in class customer service that exceeds clients’ expectations.
  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies.
  • Embody FROSCH Core Values at all times: respect, integrity, excellence, communication, commitment and delivering the unexpected
  • Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting needs of the business.
  • Interact with VIP administrators and/or clients to solicit travel preferences and initial profile information

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Prior, recent use of Sabre GDS is a plus, but not required
  • Past experience in event planning or the travel industry is a plus
  •  A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is a plus
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong proficiency with computers and modern office equipment
  • Superb communication skills
  • Capable of managing a demanding workload, following up with customers, and providing a premium level of service to customers
  • Ability to multitask, assist where needed, have strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
  • Impeccable listening skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment
