Job Details:

  • Assist with research, design, creative and preparation of all GC&E client proposals visual presentations and contracts
  • Print and assemble presentation materials for clients when necessary
  • Manage collateral and client giveaways for the division
  • Assist with proposal calendar to and appropriate proposal promise dates as necessary
  • Work with team to create Excel Budgets and dynamic visual PPT presentations
  • Have knowledge of site options, event options, program logistics, seasons, venues, and trends in the industry that are appropriate to client specifics and expectations of proposed program
  • Assist in maintenance of current division brochure and other materials
  • Help maintain and develop current and accurate filing system
  • Foster relationships with industry contacts with hotels, sites, DMC’s and other vendors, when applicable
  • Works on special Marketing Projects efforts (i.e., division newsletter, sales blasts, tradeshows, etc.)
  • Social Media posts (including division Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages)
  • Maintain the Vendor List
  • Identify opportunities for the company to serve clients better, operate programs more profitably, and utilize GC&E resources more efficiently
  • Partner with sales team to secure highest standard of client services through the sales process until program is assigned a program manger
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients at all times

  • Minimum of 2 years industry experience
  • A related degree in Travel, Hospitality, or Event Planning strongly preferred
  • Previous Travel and/or Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a proven track record of developing professional relationships
  • Impeccable listening skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive in multitasking and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to easily collaborate within a team environment and work autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
