This position is full time in either a virtual setting or U.K. Office.

Job Details:

  • Provide 1st level support for travel on-line booking tools for corporate clients
  • Assist in conducting online demos for potential clients
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical issues (password, login, etc.)
  • Work with various applications and tools to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to assist travelers with online or offline issues
  • Coordinating with Account Managers and relevant employees to gather all pertinent information.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper automation is in place.
  • Processing new profile requests and updates on a daily basis.
  • Identify GDS profile errors and make necessary corrections.
  • Processing telephone requests from agents to add payment information to profiles.
  • Interchanging between each GDS for all the following scenarios: troubleshooting, working queues and building queues for our Mid-Office Product, testing of new routines and live routines.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5 years professional Travel Agent experience
  • Ability to learn or work in multiple booking tools such as Concur, GetThere.
  • Experience within GDS Systems used, including Sabre
  • Knowledge of Mid-Office Quality Control, Auto Ticket, and Auto Email.
  • (IQCX Cornerstone)
  • Able to provide support for the Mid-Office product.
  • Knowledge of WebEx, Adobe writer and Reader, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong ability to work closely with team members and have clear communication.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to train and easily collaborate with diverse audiences.
  • Clear and effective written and spoken communication skills
  • Analytical, methodical and organisational skills are needed to select useful information from different sources, while creativity can help develop new solutions.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of the industry requirements
  • Ability to self‐manage and stay on task.
  • Prior involvement with project management processes is a plus.
  •  Must be able to travel on an as-needed basis.
