FROSCH has a terrific opportunity for a Hotel Programs Associate to be based in our New York office.  This position requires exceptional relationship building skills and offers the opportunity to expand your knowledge of the hotel and travel industry. This is a hands-on position, with the right candidate ready to assist with various tasks and to provide extraordinary customer service and support to all FROSCH customers, vendors, and employees.

Job Details:

  • Research and compile vendor information to effectively communicate and manage distribution thereof
  • Process requests and update internal systems with hotel information
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and assume other duties as needed
  • Be responsive to internal and external client needs with excellent communication and follow-up
  • Project positive attitude as a team player with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid proofreading skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Extremely detail oriented, highly organized, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Deliver executive level assistance with a high degree of initiative, confidence, and a professional demeanor
  • Steadily maintain poise and project a positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
  • Eager to learn with a positive attitude and strong listening skills
  • Keen to immerse yourself in the hospitality industry (previous hospitality industry experience is preferred, but not required)
  • GDS proficiency preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with WordPress a plus
