Job Details:

  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the global financial reporting structure
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore global finance/operational teams to understand and support overall goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the SVP-Executive Services to ensure treasury requirements are met and operational transactions are recorded timely and reasonable
  • Periodically monitor international bank and intercompany activity, to identify potential issues prior to the final reconciliation
  • Review all global balance sheet accounts for accuracy and reasonability, and perform monthly reconciliations
  • Audit partner relationships to ensure collections/payments are timely and accurate
  • Participate in operational projects, training and functions as appointed by manager
  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting, CPA a plus
  • 10- 12 years in high-level accounting position within the financial reporting/general ledger area
  • Experience with large ERP system required
  • Experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing large amounts of data required
  • Experience with international accounting practices is a plus
  • Must be expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
