The Leisure Training Manager will facilitate training and collaborate with the internal departments to establish training opportunities and curriculum.  This position is to be virtual based or at any of our U.S. Office locations.

Job Details: 

  • Coordinate scheduled learning and development courses, promote training, and manage responses
  • Facilitate agent training program and coordinate attendance to ensure that new hires become familiar with the company’s policy and procedures pertaining to the Leisure Division
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to identify and develop training opportunities and champion best practices
  • Assess current performance gaps and identify learning opportunities
  • Review ClientBase for compliance and audit to be streamlined with Signature
  • Keep abreast of developments in the company and in areas of expertise, and update training materials accordingly
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of FROSCH and industry tools, and systems
  • Tie the learning objectives to measurable business results
  • Respond quickly and friendly to support requests
  • Create ways to utilize technology to streamline workflow and agent processes

  • Detail oriented, organized and efficient
  • Flexible travel schedule when needed
  • Advanced ClientBase experience is a must
  • Must have advanced experience with Signature Travel Network technology tools
  • Sabre or Apollo experience is a plus
  • Expert in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in the Adobe, Camtasia or video editing software experience preferred
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and proven competence in variety of training delivery methods
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn with a positive attitude and strong listening skills
  • Collaborative team player and must demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and proactive problem solving
