Job Details: 

  • Researching new hotel and villa product
  • Overseeing RFP processes and negotiating agreements
  • Consulting with hotel and villa partners to develop strategic partnerships
  • Overseeing FROSCH’s Hotel and Villa Program membership and marketing opportunities
  • Assisting agents with client issues on property at a hotel or villa
  • Acting as a hotel and villa specialist for the company regarding agent inquiries and recommendations needed
  • Training the company on hotel and villa resources
  • Maintaining all hotel and villa records
  • Leading team with effective communication regarding program goals and guidance needed to achieve the initiatives
  • Periodically attending tradeshows and networking events

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university, preferably in Hospitality Management or Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Service oriented and professional
  • Highly detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Team player with a keen willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
