FROSCH is seeking a Marketing and Web Development Associate for our New York, NY office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, growing team of creative individuals. This role is a hands-on position, where the right candidate will be immersed in all facets of marketing – from social media and strategy to website design and print collateral.

It’s important for the right candidate to be able to think quickly, be proactive, and approach each task with a fresh set of eyes to appeal to different clientele. Job Details:

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns on various platforms, including Social Media, eMarketing, and Websites
  • Creating polished, eye-catching collateral for internal and external marketing initiatives
  • Working with various departments as needed on individual marketing needs, as assigned by the Director of Marketing
  • Creating (from scratch and templates) various invitations, signs, formal proposals, brochures, presentations, and other client-facing materials
  • Updating websites built on WordPress platform, as well as assisting in the creation (including design and implementation) of websites
  • Staying current with travel industry news, trends, and security updates
  • Developing content for various internal and external communications, including blogs, digital magazine, and social media
  • Managing marketing projects in pipeline and according to timelines, including providing project updates


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or Computer Science preferred)
  • 2+ years of professional experience preferred
  • Eager to learn with a positive attitude and strong listening skills
  • Creatively-inclined, with an eye for exciting design
  • Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive approach
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign experience mandatory
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; knowledge of PHP a plus
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Experience managing Social Media for a business a plus
  • Knowledge of MailChimp helpful
