FROSCH has a terrific opportunity for an Online Support Specialist, providing assistance to our clients with online booking tool issues.  This position is to be based in a virtual or local regional office, depending on experience.  Hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST).

Job Details:

  • Provide first level support for multiple Online Booking tools.
  • Assist with online demos for potential and current clients.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
  • Work with various applications and tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist travelers with online or offline issues.
  • Be responsive to client’s needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up.
  • Live up to FROSCH Core Values at all times: respect, integrity, excellence, communication, commitment and delivering the unexpected.


  • Previous Travel Agent experience required.
  • Ability to learn or work in multiple Online Booking tools such as Concur and Deem.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills with the ability to train and easily collaborate in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Clear and effective communication skills both in writing and public speaking.
  • Sabre proficiency a must Apollo is a plus.
  • Heavy knowledge of WebEx, Adobe Writer and Reader.
