FROSCH has a terrific opportunity for an Online Support Specialist, providing 1st level support for online booking tools and other automation products assistance to our clients. This position is to be based in a virtual or local regional office, depending on experience.

  • HR feeds for Concur, Deem and Client portal.
  • Ability to handle complex Online and off-line issues.
  • Ability to work with multiple online and off-line travel systems effectively and efficiently.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to investigate issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience with DEEM Travel products, including, but not limited to: DEEM Travel, Mobile, SSO, HR feeds.
  • Experience with Concur Travel products, including, but not limited to: Concur Travel, TripLink, Request, SSO, HR feeds.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues caused by unique client circumstances.
  • Willing and able to work numerous tasks simultaneously that can be unrelated in nature.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Ability to work unsupervised in a virtual team environment
  • Ability to take direction at all levels within FROSCH
  • Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo is a must
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with DEEM and Concur preferred
  • Able to understand Mid-office functionality is required
  • Able to understand web portal, dashboard concept
  • Ability to use resources and apply to daily inquires
