Responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving team development, administrative operations, rendered travel services, customer satisfaction, and profit maximization while adhering to FROSCH policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate with team members and other client-facing partners to develop improvements and value-added solutions for rendered travel services.
  • Full cycle team management including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and motivating.
  • Identify and seize opportunities for profit maximization, monitor and control expenses, and allocate resources tactically while meeting or exceed profit/loss targets.
  • Adhere to FROSCH policies, procedures, standards, and all applicable laws.
  • Implement new policies, procedures, or standards when applicable and gather support from affected team members.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to arrange appropriate segments of travel including car, hotel, air and rail.
  • Utilize all preferred vendors, vendor programs, resources, and tools to bolster FROSCH’s working industry relationships.
  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies.
  • Participate in and execute operational projects as appointed by Executive Manager within set target deadlines.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Recent, successful experience managing a team of employees.
  • Proficient, native use of Global Distribution Systems (GDS); Sabre. This includes but is not limited to executing seat assignments and upgrades, creating and sending itineraries, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, queue sorting, MCOs, issuing Amtrak tickets, and Phase IV’s.
  • Consistent demonstration and application of best practices within the Travel/Tourism industry.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and honed persuasive speaking
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of developing sound, professional relationships.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing operational projects within target deadlines.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Suite
