The Administrative Coordinator is the first recognized representative of FROSCH. They are a vital part to the operation of daily activities. Our front desk staff not only presents the face of the company to each guest, but also the company’s voice in greeting guests and answering phone calls.  In this position you will be required to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to all FROSCH customers, vendors, and employees.

Job Details:

  • Answering and transferring calls utilizing a computer switchboard.
  • Greeting and assisting all visitors to the facility in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing, and sending mail, packages, and faxes.
  • Ordering, sorting, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Creating correspondence, forms, and other documents while proficiently utilizing Microsoft Office.
  • Performing clerical duties as assigned, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining databases.
  • Arranging conference room schedules and fulfilling the needs of the meeting requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in Hospitality or customer service role is a plus.
  • Prior Administrative support experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, assist where needed, have strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent computer knowledge is required, specifically in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and public presentations.
  • Must have impeccable listening skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
