FROSCH is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of several offices in Southeastern Florida.

The Regional Manager is responsible for:

  • Leisure and Corporate travel sales development
  • Planning and directing operations of the office
  • Financial management
  • Staff oversight (hiring, training, support, feedback, and retention)
  • Administrative management (approving time off, coordinating coverage)
  • Day-to-day operations
  • Independent Travel Consultant (IC) support, recruitment, and retention
  • Acting as point-of-contact for Corporate Headquarters in order to communicate any necessary information, training, etc. to all parties
  • Maintaining vendor relations with travel partners (managing bookings, schedules, and promotions)
  • Dealing with any escalated customer/client issues

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Travel Industry background preferred
  • Previous branch/office manager experience preferred
  • A diploma/degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or Business management is a plus
  • Good managerial, team building and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial and business strategies for office growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive in fulfilling responsibilities and implementing solutions
  • Honed proficiency in time and risk management
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate employees
