Job Details: 

  • Anticipate client needs and provide first class service that exceeds expectations.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with key clients to improve the service level.
  • Develop, plan and execute custom-made travel experiences.
  • Communicate FROSCH’s operating standards to suppliers and coordinate all relevant travel logistics.
  • Organize preliminary and master documents for the client.
  • Prepare Private Arrangement menus in a timely manner.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
  • Log and administer deposits, reconcile supplier invoices, and generate payment requests.
  • Cultivate new clients based on referrals from existing clients and leads from other consultants.
  • Assist in the travel arrangement proposal handling process, as requested.
  • Update client travel log with new reservations.
  • Research destination information including hotels and events for department website.
  • Maintain and create profiles in ClientBase.


  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years working with VIP clients
  • On call outside of normal work hours to provide for urgent client needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Fast learner who always strives to deliver above and beyond the Member’s expectations
  • Must possess exceptional communication and mathematical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with a team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients.
  • Working knowledge of worldwide luxury destinations and first hand destination knowledge.
  •  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the best practices within the travel industry.
  • Ability to meet customer needs on a global scale
