As of August 1, 2017, FROSCH will be expanding our presence in the APAC region, with a new, larger Global Center of Excellence in Manila, Philippines.
FROSCH is pleased to announce we have relocated our APAC Center of Excellence to a larger space in Manila. This expansion has been many months in the planning and has enabled us to increase our staffing by over 50%. Our new service center provides a more cohesive consolidated working environment for all areas of leadership, agent teams, IT, Accounting, After-Hours, and other support services teams. In addition, we have upgraded our telephone systems and other supporting technologies in the region.
For those clients currently serviced in the APAC region, no changes will be made to your current travel program, outside of improving our service delivery and a growing our presence in other major markets in the APAC region soon.
FROSCH continues to strategically expand on a global level. Today, with 21 Global Centers of Excellence, FROSCH has the international infrastructure to support large global travel programs – all on a single platform, providing the duty of care, reporting, and seamless service that our global clients have grown accustomed to.
