It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I share some news with you!

As of March 31, 2014 our new persona will be, Willett Travel, A Frosch Company, and it is a very positive change. While all of us with whom you work will remain in place, with the same philosophy of caring about your travel far beyond making reservations, we are excited to have new technology and enhanced products that will be of benefit to you.

While Willett Travel Consultants have always been respected for their knowledge and expertise, with daily updates from FROSCH and the resources of FROSCH Colleagues around the world, we will have even more expertise to draw upon and share.

In addition to our membership in Signature Travel Network and its remarkable hotel program, we will now have access to hundreds of additional hotels with exclusive amenities to benefit you.

We will now have our own after-hours service, staffed by FROSCH Team Members who will be familiar with your profiles, Signature and Frosch offerings. This will improve communication and service to you in the rare situations when “we” are not available.

There is certainly an 'economy of scale' that in joining FROSCH will be realized.  As we know, technology changes so rapidly, that our smartphones are nearly obsolete by the time we get them home! FROSCH’s Team of IT Specialists will be training your consultants to streamline processes and we’ll be able to offer even more “on the road” tools to enhance your travel experiences. Quite simply, this well established firm will give us access to products and services that only larger entities can deliver.

To become part of FROSCH, owned by the respected Leibman Family since 1977, and have these business tools and supportive FROSCH team members is wonderful -- that FROSCH embraces the same values of integrity, professionalism and caring that have been the foundation of Willett Travel is a gift.

Today, Richard Leibman serves as Chairman at Frosch Travel, while son Bryan serves as President & CEO and daughter, Lara serves as Executive Vice President.  They are an iconic travel industry family and we are proud to be a part of their organization.

There are 35 FROSCH locations nationwide, with 5 international offices, and increasing. As the international presence expands, so will the ability to have local contacts “on the ground” to assist in all manner of travel services for you.
