United Club Menus Get Revamped

As part of United Airlines’ $100 million lounge transformation program, the airline is hiring celebrity chef Art Smith and renowned mixologist Adam Seger. Smith will assist in menu planning, design, and food presentation, while Seger will oversee bartending training and the airline’s complimentary and premium spirits program. The Disney Institute will also provide hospitality training to the Sodexo employees who work in the United Club locations. From now until 2018, United will continue to renovate and expand United Club locations in the continental US and key international cities.
