As we mentioned in last month in our FROSCH Monthly November issue, Crystal Cruises was going to begin offering air cruises in 2017 using their brand new Boeing 777-200. We now have confirmation that the inaugural trip will be a 27-day, around-the-world adventure in partnership with Peninsula Hotels. Travelers on the “Peninsula Grand Inaugural Crystal AirCruise” will depart from New York City on August 31, stopping in Chicago, Beverly Hills, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo, Manila, Bangkok, and Paris, staying in Peninsula hotels for two to three nights throughout the journey. Following the inaugural trip, Crystal will be offering all-inclusive itineraries ranging from 15 to 29 days, with options for culinary enthusiasts, history buffs, and adrenaline seekers throughout 2017 and 2018. Notable itineraries include the 29-day “Around the World: Iconic Sites and Legendary Locales,” as well as the 22-day “Exotic Adventures.”
