Las Vegas has a new concierge ready to help travelers make the most from their time in “Sin City.” Last month, The Cosmopolitan unveiled Rose, a robot concierge with a sense of humor and distinct personality. Guests are encouraged to text Rose with any requests they might have, whether it’s more towels delivered to the room or suggestions on where to eat that evening. Rose can also help guests purchase tickets to a show or recommend events going on during their stay. All responses will come with an answer and a little bit of sass. Should Rose be unable to assist, staff members are on hand to step in.
