Princess Cruises is kicking off its third annual Culinary Cruise series this coming February with celebrated Miami chefs Brad Kilgore and Scott Linquist. The Regal Princess will depart from Fort Lauderdale on February 11 for a 7-night tour of the Western Caribbean. The cruise will offer foodies a chance to partake in a variety of curated culinary experiences and demonstrations. Planned activities currently include specialty menus, chef-led cooking demos, Q&A forums, and cookbook signings.
Miami-inspired entrees will be a recurring theme of the February cruise, with Kilgore whipping up fan favorites such as “Short Rib Wellington with Truffled Mushrooms” and “Free-Range Chicken with Popcorn Hollandaise.” Linquist will focus on tasty taco creations including “charred octopus tacos with salsa veracruzana and pickled jalapeños.” Regal Princess passengers will also have the opportunity to participate in a customized excursion with each chef. Known for his Mexican cuisine, Linquist will lead an excursion in Cozumel, while Kilgore is scheduled to spearhead an excursion in Jamaica.
