American Airlines is debuting a new food-for-sale menu for customers in the Main Cabin. Created in collaboration with Zoe’s Kitchen, the new onboard menu promises to be simple, tasty, and fresh – something this healthy fast-food group has become known for. Antonio Iocchi, Head Chef and Vice President of Culinary Innovation at Zoe’s Kitchen, chose uniquely American items, as well as a few Mediterranean favorites from Zoe’s menu.

The new menu will be available on domestic flights longer than three hours beginning December 1. Economy passengers can still expect to see menu staples including the fruit and cheese plate, as well as the breakfast platter. New items include a Continental Breakfast Box, with a Belgian waffle complete with hazelnut spread and fresh berries; Zoe’s signature Gruben sandwich, a Mediterranean take on a traditional Ruben; a Chicken Wrap with mozzarella, roasted chicken, arugula and artichokes; and Zoe’s famous Hummus Duo.
