Looking to reduce its carbon footprint, Regent and Oceania will incorporate a water purification and distribution system using the Vero system for still and sparkling water.

The cruise lines believe this move will eliminate an estimated 2 million water bottles on Regent and 3 million on Oceania ships. Guests will see the implementation in two phases. The first phase will add Vero water services to cabins, restaurants, lounges, and bars. In the second phase, guests will receive a reusable Vero water bottle for personal use.
