Norwegian Cruise Line will continue to cruise to Cuba on the Norwegian Sun and Alaska on the Norwegian Jewel in 2018. Due to the popularity of these destinations, Norwegian has decided to institute enhancements for both destinations. A second ship, the Norwegian Jewel, will join Norwegian’s fleet to Alaska in the summer of 2018 to increase the region’s capacity during this most busy season. To expand upon Norwegian’s cruise to Havana, the Norwegian Sun will reposition to Port Canaveral in Florida and instill an all-inclusive concept that has been well-received on other ships within the brand. These developments are sure to appease those traveling to Alaska and Cuba in the summer ahead, bringing about more opportunities for both the cruise line and its guests.
