Marriott introduces Stay Well room category

Six Marriott International Hotels, including the Charlotte Marriott City Center, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Richmond Marriott Short Pump, Residence Inn Orlando Lake Nona, Courtyard Orlando Lake Nona, and Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina, have now introduced new room category “Stay Well” by Delos.

Mind, Body, and Environment

“Stay Well” is an innovative addition to the Marriott hotels targeting their wellness-seeking guests. Delos’ rooms promise customers a healthier and more accommodating environment to meet one’s emotional and physical needs. The man behind it all, Dr. Deepak Chopra, came up with the concept of preserving balance in one’s daily life while being away from home. “Stay Well” rooms are designed to provide a wellness-based experience. Each feature is grounded with medical research and technological advancements, which help to promote balance between the mind, body, and environment. Each room offers a wide range of amenities including air purification systems, aromatherapy, circadian mood lighting, water-filtering systems, memory foam mattresses built from plant extracts, vitamin C-infused showers, as well as a healthier menu. Marriott’s exclusive “Stay Well” room is just $30 a night more than comparable rooms in the hotel.
